I’ve had a camera in my hand since high school — every hangout with friends somehow turned into a photoshoot. But photography didn’t truly become something more until I became a mom. When my first son was born almost eight years ago, I chose not to book newborn photos and used that money to buy a camera instead. I thought, “Maybe I can just do them myself.” Spoiler alert: they were terrible. But that moment pulled me back into my passion.

Since then, I’ve rebuilt my business from the ground up after moving provinces, worked a 9–5 again for a while, and eventually took the leap (again) to quit my job and go all in on what I was always meant to do. Now, several years into shooting professionally, I’m opening a studio downtown (after many home studios) and feeling incredibly grateful for this season. God’s timing, always.

I specialize in all things motherhood — from growing bellies and sleepy newborn snuggles to first birthday cake smashes and joy-filled family sessions. I’m also a romantic at heart and still take on a limited number of weddings each year. Whether it’s in the studio or on location, my focus is always on the little in-between moments: the giggles, the hand squeezes, the calm connection.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me chasing my kids, rearranging furniture (again), or drinking a cold coffee I forgot about an hour ago.
